Custom Hypnosis Recording

Service Description

After an initial session to get to know the context of your situation, your preferences and the essence of your ideal, I'll create a personalised hypnosis experience designed to address those concerns or goals. Depending on the issue, recordings can range from 25 - 40 minutes in duration — it's really not about the duration, but the quality and relevance of the content. You'll receive links to .wav or .mp3 files of the recording to have in your back pocket, ready for you to repeat as you need to, when inspired. These recordings take approximately 14-20 days from the consultation to write, record, test, edit and refine. _____ Note: If you would prefer to have the hypnosis component of a 1 on 1 session delivered as a recording instead of an in-person hypnosis process, this can be arranged.
