Service Description

Over an 8-12 week period, we'll work together to create the inner space (capacity) to prepare the subconscious for the conditions you wish to meet and/or embody using a combination of hypnotherapy sessions, hypnosis recordings, self-directed enquiry, and ongoing support and encouragement. Whether your goals are work related, performance related, or simply to refine the baseline of how you show up for yourself and in the world, hypnosis can be a powerful tool for inner transformation. This offering can help if you're experiencing any of the following: ● You find yourself in repeating loops in your work/performance/relationships/mental patterns. ● You 'know' what it is you need to do, but can't seem to take the action or focus for very long in that direction. ● Your inner dialogue plays contrary messages suggesting you won't succeed despite your efforts. ● You put other things or people ahead of what it is would really satisfy you. ● You hit glass ceilings regarding what is possible for you, or cannot imagine circumstances being any better than 'what is'. ● You feel self-conscious about presenting yourself and your gifts/offerings to the world. ● You feel 'destined' to a certain fate or result, because of family lineage. ___________________ This package includes: ● 4 x 60 minute 1 on 1 hypnotherapy sessions (in person or online) ● Weekly check-ins between sessions ● Hypnosis recordings to support your desired outcome ● Focused attention + intention that supports what it is you want to achieve With each hypnosis session and recording, we build on what we've already uncovered to address what is presenting as an inner blockage or limitation, and address that energy directly using imagination and visualisation and therapeutic processes. We then lay the groundwork for the energetic state you would prefer to exist in, preparing the subconscious to meet those conditions in advance. Please note: This package is for those who have already had an initial consultation with me to ensure that you resonate with my approach. I only offer this service for 2 clients at a time to ensure quality of service.
