This offering can help if you're experiencing any of the following: ● Overthinking and/or anxiety ● Stress and overwhelm ● Major life transitions ● Repeating patterns in relationships ● Self doubt ● Inability to plan for or envision the future ● Inundation of 'should haves' or 'could haves' ● Creative blocks ___________________ This package includes: ● 1 x 60 minute introductory session (in person or online) ● 2 x 60 minute follow up session ● 1 x custom hypnosis recording (delivered as an .mp3 or .wav file) ● Focused attention + intention that supports what it is you want to achieve With each session, we build on what we've already uncovered to address what is presenting as an inner blockage or limitation, and address that energy directly using imagination and visualisation and therapeutic processes. We then lay the groundwork for the energetic state you would prefer to exist in, preparing the subconscious to meet those conditions in advance.
