In this hypnosis experience, first we slow down and tend to the body, then we practice imagining your version of the ideal.
This experience is designed to help shift the momentum of mental spinning to redirect your focus on what's going on within the body, and then once calmed, calibrating the body toward where you'd prefer to be.
