Hypnotherapy Sessions
The amount of sessions required depends on the presenting issues, but they are generally packaged as 3 sessions to begin, spaced out over a 6 - 8 week period to allow for integration and adjustments.​

Imagine a collection of hypnosis experiences curated for your situation, ready to repeat whenever you feel like it.

These recordings are all about you. After an initial discovery session to get to know the context and your preferences, I'll create a hypnosis experience (or a series of experiences) for you to repeat when inspired.
You'll receive a .wav or .mp3 file of the recording(s).​​
