This collection of recordings is designed to help attune you recognise and adjust, calming the body and brain to allow insights about the stories in your awareness which are outdated and no longer helpful to this stage of your evolution. Setting the scene to tell a different, more aligned story.

A talk-through is basically just a short audio track you can listen to in your normal conscious state as you’re walking around, or about to enter work, or certain interactions to help with alignment and interrupting looping thought patterns in an effort to keep re-emphasising the idea of… telling a new story (or at the very least becoming aware of the internal and external stories which you tell that now feel outdated).
