Hypnosis

Contrary to mainstream belief, the mind is quite active in hypnosis. Using muscle relaxation techniques and breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, your body is guided to feel safe to explore your inner experiences from a witness perspective, enabling focused attention while you traverse the landscape of your subsconscious.

Integration

Through imagery and sensation, we activate a part of the brain (the emotional brain) which processes pictures, symbols, feelings and sensations (direct somatic experience).

 

This provides the opportunity to address complex and abstract connections, integrate energy patterns and begin the process of establishing new neural pathways toward the results you want.
