This calming recording is designed to help automatic patterns relative to social media intake. 
 

What's involved?
 

This recording isn’t about eradicating social media entirely. It’s more designed to help you increase your intolerance to doomscrolling and/or seeking something online that you need to find in yourself. Perhaps that might be validation, guidance, or simply permission to exist in peace in this moment, despite the conditions occurring around you. 

 

This process deliberately focuses on body awareness — increasing your ability to identify when you’ve had enough, and what you might be being drawn to elsewhere — even when the algorithm continues to deliver, which it always, always will. 

 

If you get the sense that there are other avenues where you could point your focus, other endeavours you hope to invest in but you feel like your energy is drained by everything you've already got going on, then this experience might just be for you.

Listen 3-4 x per week for the first week, then 2 x per week in the following week, then repeat whenever you feel like you need it.
